Terms of Service
Last updated: June 25, 2026. This is prototype website content and should be reviewed by legal counsel, issuing partners, and compliance owners before publication.
1. Scope of Services
Pikabao provides virtual card issuance, funding, card management, transaction records, team spending controls, API integration, and related support. The service is intended for lawful, genuine, and clearly explainable online payments, including advertising spend, AI/SaaS subscriptions, cloud services, servers, domains, travel, and business procurement.
2. Eligibility and Account Security
- Users must provide true, accurate, and complete account and usage information and are responsible for account access, devices, verification codes, API keys, and transaction activity.
- Users may not rent, sell, transfer, or lend accounts, and may not open cards for others to bypass risk controls, sanctions, platform rules, or legal requirements.
- Pikabao may request identity, business, source-of-funds, transaction-purpose, or merchant relationship information based on risk level.
3. Funding, Spending, and Balances
- Top-up arrival, issuance fees, top-up fees, cross-border fees, low-value transaction fees, withdrawal fees, chargeback fees, and dispute fees are subject to platform display, announcements, or written agreements.
- Card transactions may go through authorization, pending, clearing, reversal, and refund stages. Merchant and network processing may delay balance release.
- Before deleting a card or stopping a subscription or ad account, users should cancel subscriptions or remove the card from the merchant side to avoid failed rebilling, disputes, or chargeback records.
4. Risk Controls and Service Restrictions
To protect users, the platform, issuing partners, and card network security, Pikabao may apply warnings, limits, card issuance suspension, balance holds, risk-card deletion, API suspension, information requests, or service termination for abnormal login, high-frequency authorization, repeated failed transactions, suspected fraud, money laundering, abusive disputes, bulk registrations, arbitrage, or rule evasion.
5. Limitation of Responsibility
Pikabao does not control merchant review, advertising account risk decisions, network authorization rules, issuer approvals, third-party service availability, or merchant refund speed. Losses caused by user misuse, merchant billing, uncanceled subscriptions, account compromise, leaked API keys, or third-party platform rule changes are the user’s responsibility.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Pikabao collects, uses, stores, and protects user information while providing virtual card and related services.
1. Information We May Collect
- Account information: Telegram, email, username, login records, device data, IP address, language preference, and support communication records.
- Business information: card purpose, card group, BIN, billing address, team members, API integration data, merchant name, transaction amount, transaction status, top-up and withdrawal records.
- Compliance information: where necessary, identity, business documents, source of funds, merchant relationship, advertising account, subscription purpose, or company information.
2. How We Use Information
Information may be used for account creation, card issuance, funding, transaction notifications, statement display, risk monitoring, AML/KYC, customer support, dispute investigation, product improvement, security audits, compliance reporting, and legal obligations.
3. Information Sharing
To deliver services, Pikabao may share necessary information with issuing partners, payment channels, KYC/AML providers, risk-control providers, cloud providers, legal advisors, regulators, or law enforcement. Pikabao does not sell personal information except as required to provide services, comply with law, or with user authorization.
4. Security and Retention
- We use access control, encrypted transmission, audit logs, anomaly monitoring, and least-privilege permissions to protect data.
- Retention periods depend on service delivery, dispute handling, audit, AML, tax, and legal requirements.
- Users may request access, correction, or deletion of certain information through official support; transaction, compliance, audit, or security records may need to be retained.
Restricted Uses and Prohibited Businesses
Pikabao virtual cards may only be used for lawful, genuine, and explainable online payments. These rules apply to all users, team members, API customers, and partners.
1. Prohibited Uses
- Any transaction that violates applicable law, sanctions rules, card network rules, issuer rules, or merchant platform rules.
- Fraud, carding, identity misuse, sham transactions, cash-out, money laundering, transaction splitting, limit evasion, abusive chargebacks, or assisting others in bypassing risk controls.
- Gambling, betting, lottery, casinos, sportsbook activity, gambling promotion, or any unlicensed gambling-related business.
- Adult content, sexual services, escort services, dating-platform top-ups, paid emotional services, inducement-based paid chat, or high-dispute subscription services.
- Drugs, controlled substances, illegal prescription medicine, weapons, ammunition, hazardous goods, forged documents, black-market tools, malware, phishing, traffic manipulation, crawler abuse, or account trading.
- Unauthorized financial services, money transmission, cash equivalents, gift-card arbitrage, crypto exchange funding, P2P fund transfers, or high-risk circular fund flows.
- IP infringement, counterfeit goods, pirated software, pirated streaming, fake followers, fake reviews, ad traffic fraud, or advertising that violates platform policies.
2. High-Risk Uses Requiring Approval
Some scenarios may require prior explanation and approval, including large-scale ad spend, bulk card issuance, reseller distribution, API white-label use, cross-region team spending, short-term high-frequency transactions, special merchant subscriptions, or businesses with abnormal refund rates. Without approval, Pikabao may restrict issuance, funding, withdrawal, or transactions.
3. User Obligations
- For advertising accounts, one card per account is recommended, with consistent billing address, account information, login environment, and use case.
- For subscription merchants, users should cancel subscriptions or remove card details promptly to avoid failed rebilling or chargeback records after card deletion.
- Users should retain transaction receipts, merchant dashboard screenshots, subscription cancellation records, and support communications for dispute handling.
4. Enforcement
If prohibited or high-risk activity is detected, Pikabao may decline transactions, freeze accounts, hold balances, delete risk cards, suspend APIs, reject withdrawals, request additional documents, terminate service, and submit records where required by law or partners.
AML / KYC Policy
Pikabao is committed to anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, anti-fraud, sanctions compliance, and transaction security.
1. Risk Identification
The platform may continuously assess risk based on account information, login environment, funding source, card count, transaction frequency, merchant category, failed authorizations, chargeback history, refund behavior, and API call patterns.
2. KYC and Additional Information
- During registration, funding, withdrawal, bulk issuance, abnormal transactions, disputes, or compliance review, Pikabao may request identity, business, source-of-funds, merchant purpose, advertising account, subscription service, or company documents.
- If a user refuses to provide information, provides false information, cannot explain transaction purpose, or presents sanctions/fraud risk, the platform may suspend or terminate service.
3. Transaction Monitoring
The platform may monitor and intervene in high-frequency authorization, repeated failed transactions, abnormal zero-authorization activity, rapid spending after large top-ups, short-term bulk issuance, abnormal refunds, suspected collection/payment agency activity, cash-out behavior, or abusive disputes.
4. Sanctions and Restricted Parties
Users may not provide services to sanctioned countries, regions, persons, entities, wallets, merchants, or industries, and may not directly or indirectly use Pikabao services for restricted parties. Pikabao may reject service based on law, partner requirements, or risk judgment.
Affiliate and Partner Policy
This policy applies to agents, channels, affiliate marketers, API partners, white-label customers, and any party promoting or referring users to Pikabao.
1. Promotion Requirements
- Partners must describe Pikabao services truthfully, accurately, and completely, without exaggerating approval rates, stability, cashback, fees, risk-control capabilities, or supported use cases.
- Partners must not promote claims such as “no risk control,” “guaranteed ad approval,” “bypass platform rules,” or “usable for gray-market, gambling, adult, or cash-out activity.”
- Promotional materials must not impersonate official status of Visa, Mastercard, Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple, Telegram, or other third-party brands.
2. Customer Quality and Compliance Responsibility
Partners should perform basic screening of referred customers and must not guide, assist, or tolerate prohibited businesses, abusive chargebacks, fraud, carding, collection/payment agency activity, or risk-control evasion. If partner conduct causes losses, Pikabao may suspend commissions, freeze settlement, terminate cooperation, and seek recovery.
3. Settlement and Adjustments
Commission, discounts, tiered fees, settlement cycles, deductions, and abnormal order handling are subject to the platform dashboard, announcements, or written agreements. Pikabao may adjust or recover commissions connected to refunds, chargebacks, fraud, prohibited transactions, or banned customers.
